Council is continuing to look at wheelchair access issues across the city, with the mayor and Ward 4 Cr Mark Greenhill asking at the May council meeting that Glenbrook be included as soon as possible. Council has conducted mobility studies at Blackheath, Springwood and Winmalee, and has scheduled studies in Katoomba, Leura and Wentworth Falls early in 2022. After they are completed, it is hoped Blaxland and Glenbrook could be assessed in 2022-23.
