As the first event in the Tokyo Olympics was played today we provide you with all the information you need to know to make sure you don't miss a thing.
Before you read any further, you'll need to download the 7Plus app or at least figure out how to get it on your smart tv.
Seven has the rights to cover the event and will be broadcasting across Seven, 7mate, 7TWO, 7Plus and across 45 live channels. Basically, any sport you love will be available to watch - perfect for anyone fighting off lockdown blues.

All the below events will be available to watch on 7Plus.
When are our Blue Mountains Olympians competing?
Springwood cyclist Amanda Spratt is competing in the women's cycling road race which starts at 1pm on Sunday, July 25 in Japan (2pm Eastern Australian Standard Time).
Former Blaxland High School student Jessica Fox will compete in the heats of the women's single kayak (K1) on Sunday, July 25 from 2pm (Eastern Australian Standard Time), followed by the semis and final on July 27 from 3pm to 6pm.
The inaugural Olympic women's single canoe (C1) event will start with heats on July 28 from 2pm, with the semis and final to be held on July 29 from 3pm to 6pm.
Springwood swimmer Matt Wilson has been listed in the Australian team as a relay swimmer but could also compete in the men's 200m breaststroke. The heats for this event will be held on Tuesday, July 27 (8pm-10.30pm Eastern Australian Standard Time) with the semi-finals held on July 28 (11.30am-2.05pm). The final will be held at 11.44am on Thursday, July 29.
The men's 4x100m medley relay heats will be held on Friday, July 30. The final will be held at 12.30pm (AEST) on Sunday, August 1.
Blackheath climber Tom O'Halloran will compete in the men's climbing qualifiers on Tuesday, August 3 from 7pm. The finals will be held on Thursday, August 5 from 7.30pm.
When can I watch Team Australia in the key Olympic competitions?
Football (soccer) - The Matildas
The Matildas play their first match in Group G at 9.30pm on July 21. They'll be up against New Zealand. The match will be shown on Channel Seven and will be live streamed on the 7Plus app.
They will play Sweden on Saturday, July 24 at 6.30pm and the USA on Tuesday, July 27 at 6pm.
Football (soccer) - The Olyroos
The Olyroos play their first match on July 22 at 8.30pm against Argentina. You can watch it on 7mate.
They will play Spain on Sunday, July 25 at 7.30pm and Egypt on Wednesday, July 28 at 8pm.
Artistic Gymnastics
The Artistic Gymnastics competition is always a must-watch event even if you're team doesn't make it beyond the first round.
The team all-around events are where the most exciting routines can usually be found. The men's team all-around final is on July 26 at 7.55pm and the women's is on July 27 at 8.40pm where Team USA is expected to break all the records.
Hockey
Australia plays Japan in the men's team's first hockey match on July 24 at 10.30am while the women face China at 1.15pm on July 26.
Cycling - Men
The men's road race starts at 11.5pm on July 24th. Ritchie Porte, Rohan Dennis, Lucas Hamilton and Luke Durbridge are all contenders in the 244km race.
Cycling - Women
The women's road race starts at 1.50pm on July 25.with the medal ceremony expected around 6.35pm. The course will start at Musashinonomori Park, ending at the Fuji International Speedway in Tokyo. Amanda Spratt, Grace Brown, Sarah Gigante and Tiffany Cromwell are all competing for Australia.
Basketball
The 3x3 Basketball competition starts on July 24 at 11.10am and continues until July 28.
The Boomers first game is against Nigeria and will be played at 6.20pm on Sunday, July 25 while the women's team's first game is against Belgium and will be held on July 27 at 6.10pm.
Swimming
The first round of swimming finals and semi-finals is on July 26 you can expect the following races:
- Women's 100m Butterfly Final at 11.30am.
- Men's 100m Breaststroke Final at 12.12pm
- Women's 400m Freestyle Final at 12.20pm
- Men's 4x100m Freestyle Relay Final at 1.05pm
Surfing
Rounds 1 and 2 of the surfing competition start at 7.55am on Sunday, July 25 running all day until 5.23pm. Stephanie Gilmore, Sally Fitzgibbons, Julian Wilson and Owen Wright will make history as Australia's first Olympic surfers at Tsurigasaki Beach in Chiba.
Of course we're assuming we'll have someone in the finals. They will be held on July 28 starting at 9am.
Skateboarding
The first skateboarding event in the Olympics takes place on Sunday, July 25 at 9.55am with the Men's Street competition. The final starts at 1.25pm and will be followed by the medal ceremony.
It's the women's turn on Monday, July 26. The final will be held at 1.25pm with the medal ceremony at 2.40pm.
Showjumping
You'll have to be patient for the showjumping competition. The popular event will be on August 7 at 7.55pm.
Track and Field
The track and field events won't start until July 30, with the 3000m men's steeplechase starting off proceedings at 10am, followed by high jump and the women's 800m.
When can I watch the Tokyo Olympics 2021 opening ceremony?
The Tokyo opening ceremony is unlikely to be like the spectacle we saw in London 2012 but it may be worth a watch just to see how sobering it ends up being. You can watch it live on Channel 7 at 8.30pm.
