Robbie Eagles is set to make his first World Heritage Championship defence this Saturday night, March 7, at the Blackheath Community Centre.
Eagles won the championship last December in the finals of the World Heritage series where he defeated Tyson Gibbs and both Adam Hoffman and Bishop Sommers in the triple threat main event.
It was announced at the end of the show that Bishop Sommers will get a rematch at the championship at Stronghold this Saturday, however Sommers has had to pull out of the match due to a serious neck injury.
Blue Mountains Pro Wrestling management have decided to give the title opportunity to a contestant who competed in the World Heritage series, "Green Dragon" Mick Moretti. Eagles defeated Moretti at the very first Blue Mountains Pro Wrestling (a match that is currently up on youtube and has been viewed over 8,000 times).
The rematch will take place at Blackheath on Saturday night.
The night will also feature Lithgow's "Full Force" Mat Rogers, "Real Man" Jack Bonza, "300%" Tyson Gibbs, Robbie Eagles' brother Ryan, tag team action, masked wrestlers including the debut of Manti.
Geoff the Clown returns and women's wrestling is back in the Blue Mountains with Shazza McKenzie taking on Jess Troy of the Blue Nation.
Stronghold takes place this Saturday night, adults $15, kids $10, doors open at 6.15pm and the pre-show match kicks off at 6.30, main show will start at 7.
