Three teenage boys will reappear in Parramatta Children's Court on November 20 after facing charges last week over the alleged aggravated sexual assault of a 15-year-old girl at a party in Springwood.
The 17-year-olds were granted conditional bail when they appeared in the children's court on Friday, September 25 over the alleged attack on August 15.
Police said the girl had attended a party on Bellevue Road in Faulconbridge on that Saturday night, before she left the party to go to a nearby house in Springwood, where a small group of teenagers had gathered.
Police will allege in court that the three 17-year-old boys sexually assaulted the girl at that gathering.
Blue Mountains police formed Strike Force Downe to investigate the alleged attack with detectives arresting the three teenagers at separate homes in the Lower Blue Mountains last Thursday, September 24.
All three were charged with aggravated sexual assault and sexual intercourse with a child aged between 14 and 16.
