Glenbrook resident Fiona Hinchcliffe will compete in dressage at the Riding for Disabled (RDA) National Championships to be held at Werribee Park National Equestrian Centre, Victoria from October 28-30.
Ms Hinchcliffe, who has an intellectual and muscular disability plus hearing deficiency, gained second placings at the recent state RDA championships. She competed on 15-year-old thoroughbred gelding, Boundless Possibilities (pictured left), who she started riding in 2012. She part leases Boundless Possibilities - also known as Bishop - from Blue Mountains resident Sara Moloney who she first met at the RDA when she was 13 years old. Ms Hinchcliffe also credits trainers Lesley Filton and Rosemary Gough for her success in the sport.
