The Joan Sutherland Performing Arts Centre has searched high and low to bring the best-of-the-best entertainers on the circuit and Showstoppers is the very special result.
It stars multi-award-winning piano man Joey Fimmano, the talented and utterly delightful vocalist Belinda Marks, and – making his first appearance at The Joan – Princess Cruises’ performer of the year, Nathan Foley.
This will be an unforgettable experience for the audience, as Foley performs songs from his extensive repertoire including Old Time Rock’n’Roll, Beyond the Sea and It Had to be You.
Marks will captivate with Don’t Rain on my Parade, You Don’t Have to Say You Love Me and Dolly Parton’s toe tapping, thigh slapping 9 to 5.
Not to be outdone, Fimmano, a true showman with a versatility and energy that captures audiences wherever he performs, will stir the emotions with his renditions of Flight of the Bumblebee, Nessun Dorma and You’ll Never Walk Alone.
The three will be well served musically by the Greg Hooper Trio.
