A man arrested for allegedly filming up a woman's skirt at Central Station has been charged with a further 38 offences after police allegedly found hundreds of other illegal images on his laptop and phone.
In October, a woman was travelling on an escalator at Central when she noticed a man filming up her skirt.
She reported the incident to the police, who launched an investigation.
After viewing CCTV footage, police arrested a 59-year-old man from Barden Ridge in Sydney's south on November 3.
He was charged with recording intimate images without consent relating to that incident.
Police then executed a warrant to search the man's home for external hard drives, flash drives and any other device capable of storing digital imagery.
When they seized the man's phone, laptop and other devices, they allegedly found hundreds of explicit images recorded without consent.
On Thursday, the man was charged with a further 38 counts of filming a person's private parts without consent, and intentionally recording intimate images without consent.
The man was granted conditional bail and is due to appear in Sutherland Local Court on December 6.
