Five people have died and several others have been injured on New South Wales roads.

The state’s Traffic and Highway Patrol are urging people to take care on the road after a spate of crashes across NSW on March 25.
Two people died after a crash in Port Botany on March 25 at about 10.30pm after their vehicle flipped and caught on fire.
Emergency services were called to the intersection of Botany Road and Bumborah Point Road, Port Botany, and removed the bodies of two people – believed to be a young man and woman – from the vehicle.
The Metropolitan Crash Investigation Unit is investigating.
Meanwhile, a woman died following a single car crash in Wee Waa, 20 kilometres north of Narrabri, on March 25.
About 1.20pm police were called to Wee Waa Road following reports a car had crashed. On arrival, they found a Ford Falcon has crashed into a tree at the location.
The 27-year-old woman driver and sole occupant of the car died at the scene.
In Bathurst, a woman died and a man was seriously injured in a motorcycle crash east of Bathurst on Saturday morning.
Just after 10.30am emergency services were called to the Great Western Highway near Diamond Swamp Road, about 35 kilometres east of Bathurst.
“A motorcycle with two riders was travelling westbound on the Great Western Highway before it crashed,” a NSW Police spokeswoman said.
“A woman believed to be in her 40s died at the scene.
“A man was treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics and is expected to be flown to a Sydney hospital for treatment of his injuries.”
A NSW Ambulance spokesman said the man was aged in his 50s and has head, chest and leg injuries.
He was transported to Bathurst Airport and will be airlifted to Sydney.
In another part of NSW, police are investigating two serious motorcycle crashed on the Oxley Highway at Mt Seaview, 80 kilometres west of Port Macquarie on Saturday.
Just after 11.45am on March 25, police were called to the Oxley Highway following reports of a motor cycle crash. The 35-year-old male rider suffered serious leg injuries and was taken to John Hunter Hospital by the Westpac Rescue Helicopter.
A few hours later, about 2pm, police were called to the same stretch of highway following reports of a second motor cycle crash.
Emergency services attended; however the 51-year-old male rider died at the scene.
Police from Mid North Coast Local Area Command are investigating both incidents.
