More than 120 guests attended the launch of The Lookout at Echo Point on Friday March 31. The tourism locale has three new dining concepts - the Milk Bar, Restaurant 1128 and BAR NSW. Conservation Volunteers Australia (CVA), collaborated with the launch as the Trippas White Group unveiled the venue’s first-of-its-kind heritage garden to showcase the company’s eco-sustainability policy on conservation.
The guest list included members and partners from local government, councils and National Parks, major travel distribution agents and key representatives from the events and tourism industries, including Destination NSW and Tourism Australia.
