Four Mountains pubs are on the market

The Family Hotel in Katoomba and the Alexandra in Leura are both seeking expressions of interest through agent KnightFrank.

The Family, a popular live music venue, has 33 guest rooms, a drive-through bottle shop and a late licence.

The Alexandra Hotel, on the highway at Leura, also has a late licence and nine letting rooms.

The Grand View in Wentworth Falls, with multiple bars and 17 guest rooms, has been on the market for $4.25 million, according to JP Hotels in Orange.

The Blue Mountains Hotel in Lawson went up for auction in July but failed to sell.

The recently renovated hotel, which has a beer garden, bottle shop, large owners’ accommodation plus five guest rooms, is still on the market for $2.7 million through Sydney-based agent Manenti Quinlan and Associates.
