There are still heavy traffic conditions on the Great Western Highway, nearly three hours after a truck accident at Wentworth Falls.
The accident occurred in foggy conditions about 11am on Wednesday.
Two lanes remain closed to traffic, one in the eastbound direction and one in the westbound direction.
Motorists are advised to allow extra travel time and expect delays.

A truck has crashed through the fence on the median strip of the Great Western Highway near the Station Street traffic lights at Wentworth Falls.
The accident occurred in foggy conditions about 11am on Wednesday, January 31.
At midday on Wednesday, Live Traffic was reporting a lane closed in either direction on the Great Western Highway and for motorists to expect delays.
