Blue Mountains artisans will take centre stage at the Makers Market – 2018 Long Weekend Edition on September 30.
Held at Scenic World’s Skyway Park on Sunday, September 30 from 10am-4pm, the Makers Market will feature more than 20 stalls from local artisans, including art, photography, jewellery, fashion, homewares and natural beauty products.
Visitors can enjoy live music and face painting as well as meet local artisans who handcraft their products in the Blue Mountains. A selection of light refreshments will also be on offer and kids can meet some of their favourite native birds and reptiles at the Feathered Friends interactive wildlife display.
Scenic World’s chief marketing officer Amanda Byrne said: “The Makers Market provides a unique opportunity for locals and visitors to celebrate the talents of Blue Mountains artisans who make our region so unique.
“Our long term partnership with Mtns Made has been incredibly well received by Scenic World visitors from across the globe, and the annual Makers Market helps us further extend our support for the Blue Mountains creative industries which is vital part of our wonderful mountains lifestyle.”
