Mayoral team re-elected

Council’s current mayoral team has been re-elected unopposed for a further two-year term. The mayor, Labor’s Cr Mark Greenhill, deputy, Liberal Cr Chris Van der Kley and alternate deputy, Cr Romola Hollywood (ALP), were re-elected at the council meeting last week. Cr Greenhill, who has served on council for 15 years and been mayor for the past five years, said he felt humbled to be re-elected.
