Three Blaxland High School students represented the NSW Combined High Schools (CHS) at the 2019 Touch Football National Youth Championships on the Sunshine Coast recently.
Tom Leaney, Liam Robinson and Jesse Poulsen were selected from all secondary public schools across NSW to represent their state.
NSW CHS navigated their way through the tournament undefeated to earn themselves a place in the final where they faced off with Queensland Fire (QSST).
NSW CHS defeated QSST 6-5 to be crowned national champions for 2019 and placed number one from 19 teams across the nation.
Liam Robinson was awarded prestigious Player of the Final award.
