Slip and slide
The Pacific Adventure is P&O's newest ship to call Australia home and it will feature new family entertainment areas and dual racing waterslides as well as the Edge Adventure Park.
The 3100-guest ship will join the P&O fleet in October 2020 and at its heart is a new indoor-outdoor space that encourages families to spend time together on holiday enjoying group games and activities. The Twin Racer dual racing waterslide is a first of its kind, according to P&O. The slide is split into two 135-metre tubes and is designed for people to race each other to the finish; transparent sections allow racers to keep tabs on their opponents. The waterslides are part of the new family entertainment area, which also includes a sliding glass roof over the pool so guests can swim at any time of the year.
Mekong luxe
The Mekong River, spanning stunning Cambodia and Vietnam has never looked more enticing, thanks to APT's newest luxury river ship the AmaMekong.
The vessel launches with four exciting new itineraries - offering luxury experiences across 14 destinations from Siem Reap, to Ho Chi Minh city, Hanoi and Yangon and even three days at Ha Long Bay. And with some of the largest entry-level suites, all with spacious balconies, on the Mekong, this new river vessel is bringing a new level of luxury to the region. On board, there is a stunning pool where guests can cool off and unwind.
Crystal clear
The Crystal Endeavor, launching next year, will be sailing on two Antarctic expeditions to the Ross Sea via Tasmania and New Zealand.
The voyage will appeal more to younger cruisers because of difficult zodiac landings. And off the ship, Crystal Cruises is adding to its onboard entertainment and offering exhilarating shore excursions. Passengers can take a Ferrari for a drive through the streets of Singapore, fly a fighter jet in New Zealand or even take a helicopter ride to the top of a peak in Alaska.
