Show me your discipline and stop moving! That's the message from Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews as he introduced emergency measures across the state and moved Melbourne into Stage 4 lockdown protocols today.

Andrews announced 671 new coronavirus cases and seven deaths. The state has 760 "mystery cases" - where the source of infection can't be traced.
