The Blackheath Theatre Company is coming out of hibernation for one night of fun and frolics. Teaming up with the Blackheath Bar and Bistro, the company will present the BTC Cabaret on the evening of Wednesday, December 2. The BTC's new artistic director, Gaye MacFarlane, is producing and directing.

The event has been prompted by the unexpected gap in BTC's programming this year. President, Sabine Erika, said: "Like so many artistic organisations we had to face the reality of COVID-19 and simply decided to reschedule our 2020 performance program to 2021. However, so many in the community told us how much they missed live theatre, we decided to put on a show, even for one night. With the great co-operation of the Blackheath Bar and Bistro we will present the BTC Cabaret."

It will be a ticketed only event. Dinner and drinks from 5pm, show starting at 7.30pm. COVID-19 restrictions will apply and numbers will be limited. Tickets $5 available from Sabine Erika on 0414 185 332.
