A three-year-old girl taken from a home south of Brisbane may be at "significant risk", Queensland Police say.
Officers have issued an Amber Alert for the child, who was taken from Lehville Street in Beenleigh on Sunday afternoon, and are appealing for public assistance to find her.
The girl is described as caucasian in appearance, 80cm tall, of slim build with brown hair and blue eyes.
She was last seen wearing a bright green shirt and blue shorts.
A 33-year-old man was seen with the girl and did not return to the address as planned, police said in a statement on Monday.
The man is described as caucasian, around 180cm tall, of a proportionate build with brown hair and blue eyes.
