Larger outdoor concerts, gatherings and group bookings will be allowed in NSW from later this month.
A SNAPSHOT OF COVID-19 RESTRICTION CHANGES IN NSW
IN PLACE SINCE FRIDAY OCTOBER 16:
- Up to 500 people allowed to attend outdoor concerts, so long as they are seated
- One patron per two square metres permitted for outdoor dining, dependent on the hospitality venue's use of an electronic QR code for recording contact details
- Up to 300 people allowed to attend corporate events held in any premises
IN PLACE FROM FRIDAY, OCTOBER 23:
- Limits on outdoor gatherings extended from 20 to 30 people
- Limits on hospitality group bookings extended from 10 to 30 people
IN PLACE FROM TUESDAY, DECEMBER 1:
- Up to 300 people permitted to attend weddings, with only the bridal party permitted to dance.
