A concrete pump line has blown out at a Melbourne CBD construction site, leaving four workers with upper-body injuries.
Emergency services were called to the incident at a worksite site on Bourke Street just before 9am on Thursday.
It is believed the pump line of a concrete truck blew out and injured four workers, police said.
Paramedics treated the men, believed to be aged in their 20s and 30s, at the scene before they were transferred to hospital.
Two of the workers were taken to the Alfred Hospital and two to the Royal Melbourne Hospital.
All are in a stable condition.
WorkSafe will investigate the incident.
