The woman, who now faces 80 charges in total for crimes dating back to 2005, cannot be named for legal reasons.
Allegations against the woman include torture, disabling in order to commit an indictable offence, observations or recordings in breach of privacy in the genital or anal region and assault occasioning bodily harm.
Proceedings against the woman in Richlands Magistrates Court began in September and continue as further charges were added on November 7 and 30. One charge of common assault was dropped.
Her bail has been increased and her case will reappear in court in January.
Queensland's changing sexual offence identification laws meant her name was due to be released publicly in October but was blocked due to concerns for her mental health.
Her partner, who also cannot be named, was charged with two counts of torture and common assault and one charge of assault occasioning bodily harm and observations or recordings in breach of privacy.
