Thousands of people have gathered to commemorate the fallen at Anzac Day services across the Blue Mountains.
From Mount Victoria to Glenbrook, locals and visitors turned out in large numbers to pay their respects on Thursday, April 25.
The day started with dawn services at Katoomba, Wentworth Falls, Springwood, Glenbrook, and Blackheath.
Squadron Leader Cameron McKinnon delivered the main Anzac Day address in Springwood.
"Every community within Australia is rich with history of local men and women who have made sacrifices for the ideals we all hold dear. Their stories serve as examples of service and sacrifice - service to the community, family and mates and the willingness to sacrifice all for a way of life," he said.
